While there appears to be fairly healthy numbers of these wonderful cockatoos in their Western Australian range, there is very little evidence of these long lived birds successfully breeding these days. Feral bees (European bees) excluding them from nesting hollows in trees is one of the main causes of this problem. On another note, I think I may have to remove all commenting from my site. :( The spam is just going stupid.

    wonderful shot Doc tho a little dark?? have you upgraded to the latest pixelpost??? it deals with spam plus the new hack for it??
