This guy is a lot of fun. An escaped caged bird no doubt, his interest in my camera was classic. The little corella is an Australian native parrot found throughout Australia, but they are one example of an endemic species who's numbers have climbed dramatically since white occupation.

    The feathers on the back look so smooth (and great detail near the eyes)! I love this shot.

    Cool bird. I like how the one eye is visible and the other is not...sort of creates a winking sensation.

    The focus on his eye and beak are perfect. Great background and lighting. I used to own 2 Umbrella Cockatoos - now rehomed back into aviculture - very intelligent. Great Capture.
